Totally amazed at Twitters arrogance and the appalling way it treats its customers. If you continue to operate in this cavalier manner your customers will not be so loyal and look elsewhere for the type of service you offer.

Having to hunt all over the web for status or that there even was an acknowledgement of a problem is an appalling way to treat &quot;customers&quot;.
